I can’t recommend Dr. Namo enough! After nearly two years without a cleaning, I was nervous, but she made the experience seamless. She was incredibly thorough, impressively efficient, and had such a kind, gentle touch. If you’re looking for top-notch dental care in a warm and welcoming environment, this is the place to go!

Wow. Just so beyond impressed.

Important points:
1. In the heart of Thai town with convenient parking in the back lot of the plaza
2. Yaya, the receptionist, was helpful from the first initial phone call to set up the appointment all the way to the appointment confirmation the day before.
3. Anne and Namo were professional and really quick with my preventative teeth cleaning.

This was my first time visiting this dental office. I chose it because of the 5 star yelp reviews. Honestly, the yelp reviews are the reason why I go anywhere nowadays. So yeah, considering I love supporting small and local businesses, I gave this dental clinic a shot.

Set my appointment two weeks ago over the phone with Yaya. She informed me that my insurance was in-network and she just requested that I send my benefit information via email. She was friendly, happy and easy to communicate with.

The day prior to my original appointment, I received a call from Yaya to confirm my appointment. Although I had to reschedule due to a change in my work schedule, she was so accommodating and understanding.

On the morning of my appointment, Anne called me to confirm.

The clinic was easy to navigate to.

Parking was incredible. I was worried about this considering I cancelled an appointment at a different dental clinic due to the fact that there was no parking and the structure near that clinic was so expensive and they didn't offer validation. Parking is so hard to come by in Los Angeles when going to any health related appointments - even Kaiser. I prefer the parking convenience of Dr. Tan's office over the other options in downtown LA that I considered.

I arrived 15 minutes early. Anne had me fill out new-client documents. Quick and easy.

I didn't have to wait at all. She immediately took me in the back and began my xrays. Quickly, professionally. She knew what she was doing. I very much appreciated the way she communicated what she was doing with the X-ray tools and how she repeatedly said "thank you." It was such a small detail that made the experience that much better.

Namo came in shortly after. She was so sweet and friendly. We discussed both of our professions and she made suggestions for my career journey as I am also in the medical field.

Namo and Anne were just so great during the cleaning. I never had any pain. And they went above and beyond with my service by offering to take a look at my lower retainer that I recently had an issue with.

They sent me off with a warm goodbye and told me they would call me again in six months. I will DEFINITELY return in the future.

I highly recommend their practice to anyone looking for dental work. Especially considering the state of the world in regards to coronavirus, I felt they had mindful practices and kept my safety in mind throughout the process.

Dr. Namo is amazing! Super attentive and kind, I left feeling clean and confident! She's very gentle around the sensitive areas during cleaning but makes sure to remove all the plaque and buildup. Dr. Namo also recommended some whitening products that have been very helpful, and after my last cleaning I left excited to flash the pearly (newly) whites for graduation and wedding photos!

10/10 would recommend.

I love this dental place. Everyone who works in this office is friendly and helpful. Dr. Namo is patient and takes her time. They did such a great job here. I highly recommend this office.
